Chennai, June 8, 2024 : The literary community and the judicial brethren celebrated the successful launch of “Time’s Will,” a collection of motivational English poems by Former Judge A. Ratnavelu, on June 8, 2024, at the Indian Officer’s Association Centenary Building, Royapettah, Chennai. The event was graced by notable dignitaries, literary enthusiasts, and members of press.
Judge A. Ratnavelu, known for his deep philosophical insights and eloquent writing, has created a remarkable collection of poems that delve into the depths of human experience. “Time’s Will” offers readers a journey of introspection and inspiration, capturing the essence of his thoughts and emotions.

Honourable Justice, High Court Madras Thiru. C.V. Karthikeyan delivered a rousing Presidential address touching upon the authors legal, judicial career, and his artistic side that was nurtured by his rich experience of over 3 decades as a judge. He recommended this collection of motivational poetry be made a part of curriculum at universities. Quoting verses from the book he lavishly praised “These are all exquisite words and thoughts from the heart of the author. They show his experience, his involvement in the society, his awareness to the plight of the voiceless and his urge to serve society”.
The first copy of the book was received by Honourable Justice Thiru. S. Baskaran, Chairperson (Rtd), Tamilnadu Human Rights Commission from the Honourable Justice Thiru. C.V. Karthikeyan.
Judge A. Ratnavelu personally signed copies of “Time’s Will,” adding a personal touch to the event and connecting with readers.
